Added another 3000 words to ODTU Book 2, reaching the 10% mark with 18,007 words out of 180,000. I was afraid the Memorial Day festivities would prevent me from writing much. But with a few focused hours in the mornings – before others woke – and a few in the evenings, I reached my goal for the week. The Royal Ball is well under way, and it is a welcome break for everyone after a first victory of the Black Guard against the Gnarlers. The ball has also enabled a long-burgeoning relationship to finally blossom, though not all are welcoming this. But it felt good writing this.
